Fiorentis is sourcing research, not a resold contact database. We want you to know exactly how it works and how to use it responsibly.

How we find companies

When you run a search, we query public search engines and open each company's own public website, reading the pages they publish to decide whether the company matches your sector. Contact details come from the company's own site (contact and imprint pages). Nothing is bought from a third-party data broker.

Your information

We store the email you provide so we can deliver results and, occasionally, product updates. We never sell your email, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

Using the data responsibly (GDPR)

The companies and contacts you find are public business information, but how you contact them is your responsibility. When you reach out: identify yourself clearly, explain why you're contacting them, offer an easy opt-out, keep records, and honour removal requests. For EU contacts, follow GDPR — have a lawful basis, minimise data, and don't over-email. Fiorentis provides research; it does not grant consent to contact anyone.
