Refund Policy

We want Fiorentis to be worth it, and if it genuinely isn't we'll do our best to make it right. Because Fiorentis delivers data instantly, this policy also sets out fair conditions so the guarantee can't be misused.

1. Our guarantee

If Fiorentis isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll review your request for a full refund. No long forms, no hoops.

2. When a refund applies

To keep the guarantee fair to everyone, a refund is available when both of these are true:

  • You request it within 14 days of your purchase; and
  • You have not already exported, downloaded, or otherwise made substantial use of the paid data (full company lists, contact details or Excel exports).

The value you buy is the data itself. Once you have downloaded or exported full lists, you have received what you paid for, and a refund may be reduced or declined. This prevents the "buy it, export the data, then refund" pattern — which would let someone take the lists for free.

3. Immediate access to digital content

Fiorentis is digital content supplied immediately on purchase. By unlocking Pro and accessing the data, you acknowledge that delivery has begun and, to the extent permitted by law, you consent to the immediate supply of digital content. Where you have a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right (for example, some consumers in the EU/UK), that right may end once you begin downloading or exporting the data. We will always honour any mandatory legal rights that apply to you.

4. Fair use & abuse

Refunds are granted in good faith and on a case-by-case basis. We may decline or limit refunds we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or part of repeated buy-and-refund behaviour, and we generally offer at most one refund per customer.

5. Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please contact us first — we're quick and reasonable, and almost everything can be sorted out by email. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in your access being revoked, and we reserve the right to contest disputes we believe are unwarranted.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@fiorentis.org (or use the contact form) from the address you used to purchase, with a short note on what didn't work for you. We reply within 1–2 business days.
