Search English + the local language, open each site, and keep only companies whose pages clearly describe making the product. Filter out directories, machine builders and traders.
Step 3 — score and keep evidence
Rank each company by how strong the signal is, and store the matched keywords so the list is auditable. Then pull emails and phones from the contact pages.
